(C) Site Changes. Shams may change or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time.

(D) Registration. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for all account activity.

(E) Equipment. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment needed to access the Site.

2. User Content and Conduct

(A) Interactive Areas. Users 13 and older may post content in interactive areas. Users under 18 need parental consent.

(B) Content Rules. You agree not to post content that:

(B) SHAMS IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES EXCEEDING $100 ARISING FROM SITE USE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Shams against claims arising from your Site use.

8. Termination

Shams may terminate these Terms or your account at any time.

9. Trademarks

Shams owns all rights to its logos and trademarks.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Iraq law. Disputes will be resolved in Erbil courts unless subject to arbitration.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute must first attempt informal resolution. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Erbil under Iraq law.

12. Arbitration Agreement

(A) Scope: All disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration, except:

- Intellectual property claims

- Small claims court cases

- Claims requiring injunctive relief

(B) Process:

- Notice required before arbitration

- Arbitration conducted in Dubai

- Individual claims only, no class actions

- Arbitrator may award same damages as court

13. Class Action Waiver

You waive rights to participate in class actions against Shams.
